At Wurkflow, we understand the importance of your business process.
Over 15 years ago, our founder and experienced IT engineer, started his journey working an entry-level position in a major corporation. Over time, valuable experience led to the creation of Wurkflow, an innovative consulting firm that provides solutions and services to help businesses map and automate processes and workflows.

We understand how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to manually manage complex processes, documents, and data. So we chose to leverage the unrealized power of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
With the advancements in SaaS applications, we can build custom workflows, custom intake forms, automations, and dashboards. Our Story
This is a short history of Wurkflow and how it actually started over 15 years ago.
Back when the founder was a baby IT professional working in a Fortune 100 corporate headquarters IT team, the job was scanning documents for data entry. Little did he know that this seemingly dead-end job would lead to creating Wurkflow one day.

Safeway had millions of paper documents spread across dozens of business departments all over the USA and Canada. The job was to visit each business unit, demonstrate the content management system, gain trust, collect the precious documents, scan them, then index the data. Over 25 business teams were onboarded. In the end, the operation went from scanning 30,000 to over 1-Million pages per month.
During this time, they discovered the impact and significance of extracting structured data from unstructured content in order inject it into the business process. When paired with a content management system, it created a valuable backend repository for the business teams. Entire business operations were transformed. The business process was modified to maximize the new efficiencies provided by the operational changes.
